Ninja Sushi

...twice in two days. I must have been sushi deficient. Last night we walked up to Mililani Town Center for sushi dinner and today after a morning of shopping in Waikele (trying to find Sarah a party dress), sushi lunch. Last night I enjoyed the veggie maki...rice, fried tempura style veggies, mysterious delicious sauce. Today I tried something new. Scallop maki. Scallops smothered in a spicy sauce a top imitation crab (real or fake...both good) and rice. The top photo is today's sushi..."looks like throw-up" says Sarah. Barf jokes aside, it tasted wonderful. So, I've established that sushi is good for family dinner, friendly lunch, and quenching seafood cravings. They are popping up on every corner here...surely there is one on a corner near you.
