Guacamole

Fresh, healthy, devoured. One of the few food items Isom and I might physically fight over. I made homemade guacamole a couple of days ago and was amazed at my restraint---in not eating it all. It was so good I wanted Isom to enjoy it too. Isn't that nice of me? Very easy recipe. Soft, ripe avocado garnered from friends avocado tree. Chopped onion and tomato mixed in. Salt, pepper, lemon juice, Tapatio spicy sauce and ole, (not a French dish, so can't really say voila) the guacamole is ready for tortilla chips...or to top on a burrito...or eat with a spoon. It's so good.
